Print Work Order

The Preview button at the bottom of most Work Order module pages allows you to quickly print the work order.

  1. Access the work order you want to print.

  2. Ensure you are on the Details, Tasks, Costs, or Attach page.

  3. Click the Preview button.

If the work order you are viewing is a member of a group, Maintenance Connection will prompt you to indicate whether or not you want to print all work orders in the group. Click Yes to print all work orders in the group; click No to print only the current work order.

The Work Order report displays in a Report Preview window.

  4. To print the displayed report, click the Print button.

The print dialog box for your operating system opens, allowing you to set any print parameters.

  5. Click Print.

The work order is printed and the Report Preview window appears. A check mark is placed in the Printed/Emailed check box on the Details page to specify that a Work Order report has been printed.
