Update Member Profile
The Member Detail page includes an Update Profile option at the bottom of the page. This option allows you to modify the member's profile information and propagate the change to the associated Labor record as needed.
Update the Member's profile information:

Locate and select the member whose profile information needs you want to update.

Click the Update Profile button at the bottom of the page.
The Update Member Profile Data window opens.

Make your changes.

Select Update Labor Record if you want this change propagated to the associated Labor record.
Usually, you would want updates to propagate to the Labor record. Occasionally, Labor records have been changed directly and are more up-to-date. Review any differences in the Labor record prior to proceeding.

Click Apply.
The Member Detail page opens and displays the updated information.
Changes to the Labor record are made if Update Labor Record was selected. If the name was changed, the Labor Name is updated based on the Labor Preference that defines the format to use when the member makes this change directly on the Profile tab. If the preference is set to None to prohibit Members from changing their own profile information, changes to name will be propagated to the associated Labor Record as Last Name, First Name.
If a further change is required on the Labor record, right-click the Labor ID in the Integration section of the page and select Open in New Window. The Labor record opens, allowing changes to be made.
