Preventive Maintenance Tabs

The following sections describe the Tabs available in the Preventive Maintenancemodule

• Details: General information about the schedule including identification, status, and default values for the generated work orders.

• Schedule: Schedule configurations including the type of schedule (time-based or meter-based) and the schedule interval.

• Procedures: Procedures that are attached to the schedule and the interval at which the procedures are run.

• Assets: Assets associated with the schedule.

• Automation: Parameters that allow you to define how a schedule should automatically generate groups of work orders.

• Attach: Documents or notes that are attached to the schedule.

• Reports: Reports on open work orders, past due work orders, and cost breakdowns.
