Stock Rooms Module

Inventory is managed and maintained by stock room. Stock rooms are created and maintained in the Stock Room module. If your organization does not have multiple stock rooms, a single stock room will be created to store all inventory items.

Access the Stock Room module:

1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar or click the Module Menu control.

   The module menu displays.

2. On the module menu, click Stock Rooms.

   • If you accessed the module menu from the Open option on the toolbar, the Stock Room List and the Stock Room Work Center page displays.

   • If you accessed the module menu from the Module Menu control, the Stock Room List display in the left pane. The content of the Work Center will not change until you have selected a record.

   The stock rooms defined for your organization are listed in the Stock Room List. 

3. Click a stock room to open it and view it in the StockroomWork Center.
