Project Tabs

The tabs available in the Project module include:

  • Details: General information about the project including identifying fields, status, approval state, budget, and scheduling dates.

  • Work Orders: A list of work orders associated with the project.

  • Assets/Locations: A list of assets and locations with which the project is associated. Assets linked to work orders that are associated with the project are automatically listed. If necessary, assets can be manually added to create an asset group for reporting purposes.

  • Attach: Documents and notes attached to the project.

  • Schedule: Calendar on which work orders associated with the project can be viewed and scheduled. As work orders are moved to new dates on the calendar, the target date for each work order is adjusted.

  • Reports: A report displaying a cost summary of work orders associated with the project.
