Share Procedure
Organizations that have designed procedures that they believe would be beneficial to other organizations in the Maintenance Connection Community can share their procedures. Members of an access group with permission to share procedures can share any procedure. The shared procedure will be displayed in the Smart Share Application accessible to the Maintenance Connection Community.
Shared procedures are stripped of any organization-specific data.
If you have shared a procedure with the Maintenance Connection Community and no longer want to have it accessible, you can remove it from the Smart Share Community using the Stop Share option.
