New member first time sign-up and approval

To gain access to Maintenance Connection, each member of your organization must be invited by an administrator and complete a sign-up process. This article walks through the invitation and creation process for new Members.

Note: The instructions in this article are not applicable to those using LoginHub/Active Directory integrations or to those who have purchased Cloud Hosted Single-Sign-On (SSO).

Instructions for Inviting New Members to MC

To create a new member:

  1. Sign into Maintenance Connection, access the Membership module, and click the New button.

  2. Enter Member Info and Access Info and click Email.
The new member is created and an invite email sent to the address entered. The invite email includes generic messaging about accessing Maintenance Connection along with a link to complete the sign-up process. You can add your own message to the invite email in the Email Message field.
