Link your account to Central Authentication

Linking your account to Central Authentication v3 (CAV3) enhances security for your organization and puts you in the most up-to-date sign-in process. This option is Cloud-only, and your administrator needs to set up your instance of Maintenance Connection with CAV3 before you can link your account.

Once you link your account, you'll sign into Accruent Maintenance Connection with CAV3 going forward at login.accruent.com. Bookmark this site for future sessions.

Link your Maintenance Connection account to CAV3

Use this process to link your account to CAV3 if you sign in directly to Maintenance Connection without an SSO provider.

1. Go to Link MC account to Accruent Central.

2. Enter your Member ID and Password.

3. Enter the Email address you want tied to CAV3 (often the same as your member ID) and click Next.

   An email is sent to the address you entered.

4. Access the email sent from noreply@accruent.com and click the validation link.

5. Enter your information in the page that opens and click Register user.

6. Click Add an app on the confirmation page that opens.

7. Select the Maintenance Connection application you want to open via CAV3 and click Continue.

   The Accruent sign-in page opens, where you can access the selected application using the normal sign-in process.

   You'll now sign into Accruent Maintenance Connection with CAV3 for future sessions at login.accruent.com.

Link your SSO account to CAV3

Use this process to link your account to CAV3 if you sign into Maintenance Connection via an SSO provider.

1. Go to the Accruent Central sign-in page.

2. Enter the email associated with your account.

   The Maintenance Connection instances you have access to appear on the menu.

   You don't need to enter a password.

3. Select the instance of Maintenance Connection you want to access.

4. Select the Maintenance Connection application you want to open via CAV3 and click Continue.

   You can also Add an app if the application you want to access isn't showing.

   You'll now sign into Accruent Maintenance Connection with CAV3 for future sessions at login.accruent.com.
