Asset Details

The last option on the Asset Summary page is a link for Asset Details. This page provides access to additional information recorded on the asset. All data on the Asset Details page is view-only.

The top of the page displays the asset name and parent, which is often the location. If available, the asset serial number is listed below the location. If an asset photo has been uploaded it will display, otherwise the standard icon displays (equipment or location). If special instructions have been defined for the asset, these also display.

Below this information are tabs for additional information. The tabs can be opened and closed by selecting them. The tabs that display depend on your organization's configuration. If a particular type of data is not maintained at your organization, the tab might be hidden.

• General Info: Asset location and key information such as classification. The full path to the asset's location will be shown.

• Meters: Current meter readings.

• Organizational Attributes: The organizational attributes tied to the asset, such as Repair Center, Shop, Department, Account, Customer, and Zone.

• Manufacturer/Vendors: Information about the asset's manufacturer and vendor, including model attributes such as number and line.

• Purchase and Replacement Info: Dates and cost associated with purchase and/or replacement.

• Insurance Info: Information maintained about facilities for insurance purposes, such as policy information, construction, and fire and safety settings.

• Other Data: Additional information, including predictive maintenance attributes.

• Custom Fields: If your system has been configured to display any custom asset fields, a tab will be displayed to view them.
