An inside look at how 400+ maintenance managers, techs and operations execs use CMMS for PPM.
At Maintenance Connection, we’re committed to the latest in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) technology. It’s what drives us. And more importantly, it’s what keeps our customers’ business operations running smoothly.
We know that companies using CMMS to drive more predictive/preventive maintenance (versus reactive or corrective jobs) lower operations costs, experience more uptime, and ultimately, prove bottom-line impact. In the ever-more-competitive industries we work within, more productive people and processes can be, the better.
So how are folks using CMMS software?

In June of 2016, more than 400 maintenance managers and techs, operations, business management, IT, sales and marketing professionals weighed in on the conversation. These professionals work in multiple industries—from manufacturing and facility management, to healthcare, education, government, energy and more.
We asked about the basics, such as asset management budget, and the amount of work orders and assets managed. And we asked about how programs operate: Do respondents use mobile CMMS? And what’s the ratio of preventive to reactive jobs?
