FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE.

Mohonk Mountain House Selects Maintenance Connection After Extensive Selection Process

Davis, CA – December 15, 2003 - Maintenance Connection, Inc., a Northern California developer of web-based maintenance management software announced today that Mohonk Mountain House has selected Maintenance Connection to manage the maintenance for its upstate New York 251-room Victorian castle and resort facilities. The diversity of assets and equipment along with the large amounts of data being tracked were the key reasons for selecting Maintenance Connection.

Mohonk has an onsite water treatment plant, over fifty buildings and is one of the America's oldest family-owned resorts. They plan to use Maintenance Connection to track several hundred maintenance requests per week, as well as a much needed equipment and inventory database. "This will be the first time in over a hundred years that we will implement such a system and I am confident we will see results very soon", says Tom Smiley, who was a part of the CMMS selection committee.

The team responsible for selecting the best CMMS package for Mohonk went through an extensive RFP process to determine which solution would fit their needs the best. "After looking at over 30 different systems, it was clear that Maintenance Connection would offer the most flexibility and value for Mohonk", says Smiley. "With the ability to organize our assets and keep maintenance records for years to come, as well as being able to install this on our local Intranet, it made the decision very easy", continues Smiley.

"We are very excited to see Maintenance Connection deliver another success story with Mohonk and believe that this will be an excellent entry into the resorts market", says Brad Squires, Maintenance Connection's Manager of Business Development.
