Upon logging on to the Technician
WorkCenter, you are presented with
your home page tailored to only show you what is pertinent to your
job. The number of assignments you have are easily shown in
your Inbox on the right - and the menu will consist of only the
options and tabs you have access to.
Technician Calendar
Technicians can easily display their
Calendar to view
maintenance and other activities such as sick or vacation time. Depending on your access rights, you can choose the following
Calendar viewing options:
My Calendar
Labor that reports to me
All Employees
All Contractors
Technician
Assignments
By clicking of the 'My Assignments'
option for the Technician WorkCenter Home, the below page is
displayed showing the Technician assignments.
Upon clicking on an assignment - the
Work Order is displayed for the Technician.
Print Work Order
Technicians can easily print out their
Work Orders by clicking on the Report tab.
Complete / Close Work Order
Closing out a Work Order is as simple
as clicking the Complete / Close button on the Toolbar.
Work Order History
for Assets
Technicians can easily view the Assets
and Locations to display Work Order History.
Parts
Technicians can view part quantities in
different stock rooms and additional features depending on the
Technician rights.
