Upon logging on to the Maintenance Requester, you are presented with
a message previously setup by your company / organization.
The
Maintenance Requester is primarily used by non-technicians who will
be requesting maintenance. Examples of requests are:
Room too cold or too hot
Lights are out
Equipment malfunction
Toilet does not flush
Submit Maintenance
Request
The Submit Maintenance Request page allows the user to fill out an
easy form which has the following elements on it:
Type of Maintenance needed (defaults to routine)
Priority of Request (defaults to routine)
Needed By (defaults to today)
Location / Asset (you can limit what requesters can choose
within the Maintenance Manager application.
Reason (explanation of the need for Maintenance)

The Maintenance Request Status Summary page shows a history of all
the requests made by the current user. The table shows the
following information:
Priority (icon)
Request # (this is the Work Order # in the Maintenance Manager
application).
Assigned (icon)

particular maintenance request. The page shows the following

Personal Profile
The Personal Profile page is part of the Home WorkCenter and is used
to update for name, email, and language preferences.
Change Password
The Change Password page is used
to quickly and easily change your password.
After entering your
current password and a new password, Maintenance Connection will
update the membership data with your new password.

The Maintenance Requester comes with completed pop-up style help.
Users can click on the field labels and get popup-help that
describes all entry fields. Users can also access page-level
help by clicking help from the Maintenance Requester options menu.
